Affiliates can login 24/7 to get updates on customers

Now your affiliates can log in and see a list of all the customers that they referred and view the status of each customer. That way your affiliates won’t have to call you asking what has been done. All they have to do is log in and select the customer they want an update on. To view a customer, all the affiliate has to do is click on that customer's name. Here they will see the customers status just as the customer sees it.

Affiliates can send leads

Getting leads from affiliates in the life blood of your company. But, how many leads and referrals slip through the cracks? None anymore! Now affiliates can send leads securely right in the portal. The affiliate simply fills in basic client data and is given the option to add notes and attachments. Once submitted, the lead will automatically appear in the lead’s inbox with the affiliate's info tied to it. The new lead is highlighted just like a new email so you can see all your new leads.

Affiliates can upload files

Many times the customer will be referred by an affiliate from a mortgage company or car dealership and they will have a copy of the customer’s credit report. No more mailing or faxing. Now all the affiliate has to do is log in, select the customer, and upload the report. Sharing allows the affiliate to hide certain files from customer's. That way they can keep the files private between you and the affiliate.

Affiliate communication

Communication is one of the main issues that cause affiliates to stop sending deals. Customers, affiliates and your staff can all communicate through the interactive notes system. The notes system keeps track of all notes back and forth between you, the customers, and the affiliate. Unlike traditional e-mail, the notes system is a secure method for transmitting information back and forth, and it’s centralized so everyone in your company can read and write correspondence.

Advertise for your affiliates

On the first page of the customer portal there is a section for you to advertise for the referral partner that sent that specific customer. Every time that customer logs in to see the status of their credit, they will be reminded of the person that sent them to get their credit restored! The photo/logo and complete contact information along with e-mail links and website link are made apparent on the front page! Imagine being able to approach potential affiliates and show them that you will advertise for them. Think that will give you a competitive advantage?
