Are you a credit repair company?

NO! We are not a credit repair company, nor do we own, manage, or have any interest in any credit repair company. As a software company we feel that if we owned or had an interest in a credit repair company that would be a direct conflict with our clients.

Can other company's see or access my data?

NO! Similar to online banking, each of your staff members are given a secure login and password that only permits them access to see your company's data. No other company's data can be accessed, advanced technology is used to safeguard against this. This technology is not often known or understood by software engineers, that is why we employ a team of engineers that continually study new technologies. Our software is built on a .net custom architected framework that uses Microsoft's latest technologies.

Can we outsource our clients to your company to do the credit repair?

We are not an outsource company, but we do however, have the largest selection of outsource providers using our software. If you choose to outsource your disputes, you can choose from a number of different vendors. Having that flexibility allows you to switch vendors easily if a problem or conflict occurs, having this flexibility is vital to the success of your business.

Will you market to my clients?

Absolutely NOT!! We are a software and education provider, your data is safe and secure and is only accessed by you.

Can I customize the software in any way?

Absolutely! We have created the most robust roles and permissions system available in the industry. You can turn on, or turn off over 50 diffent features based on what you want the employee to have access to. You're in control, YOU decide what permissions your employees have.

Can I customize the front page view of the System?

Yes, click the "edit view" button and select up to 26 specific fields to be displayed on the front page of your customer view remember to save your changes.

Can I pull a credit report using your software?

No, The Fair Credit Reporting Act's section on Permissble Purpose does not list credit repair organizations as having an acceptable permissble purpose to have direct access to pull a clients credit report, therefore traditional means of pulling a clients credit score is necessary. Can I use custom letters I have created in the system?

Yes, you can input an umlimited amount of your own custom letters into the system that remain only viewable to you and/or your company.  Its an easy process to get your custom letters in to our system.

Can we auto draft client payment checks?

We provide additional software to you at NO cost to manage your clients auto draft/demand check drafting.

Can we speak to some of your clients first?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. DisputeSuite is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Do you have E-Signatures?

Yes, when your clients login to their secure private labeled portal you can enable a contract section that empowers them with the ability to E-Sign your documents.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Do you provide or offer credit repair training?

Do you provide training on how to use DisputeSuite?

Does it matter what web browser I use?

All you need is a modern web browser (Internet Explorer 6.5+, Firefox 2.5+, Safari).

In case I decide to cancel what is the process?

In order to protect your data and propritary information we have a simple yet safe way for accounts to be cancelled (and we hope you don’t) but all you'd have to do is call us, and we'll cancel your accout immediatley and give you an confirmation #.

Is there a free trial for the Customer/Affiliate Status Portal?

Every Client/Affilliate portal is customized for each individual company, there are multiple possible combinations of configurations- from the time of order it can take up to 72 hours for our implemenation team to activate and configure the account, that is why there is no trial available.

Is there a per client fee?

We do not charge per client fees - Input as many clients and affiliates in the system at NO additional costs

Is there anything to download?

No, our software is web-based and can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

What is the Training Tab for?

The Training tab is used to either access the Credit Repair Business in a Box or request a tour of the Credit Repair Business in a Box

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, you can also request to be approved for ACH.

What type of security does DisputeSuite have?

We maintain the highest level of securtity that money can buy!  We use the same encryption and security technology that online banking and government websites use.
