Security Statement

DisputeSuite.com utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization. Your data will be completely inaccessible to others.

In addition, DisputeSuite.com is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruder

Role-Based Security
Role-based security allows administrators of your company to assign rules to users to limit the user’s access to only information, sections, and tools required to do their jobs. With DisputeSuite’s extensive roles and permissions system the administrator can easily control multiple employees in varying positions. An unlimited amount of different employee types (Roles) can be created, and each role is assigned with the features that are needed to complete their job function.

Administrators can customize all roles and privileges to suit your company’s needs For example, let’s say you have a sales department consisting of 4 people and you don’t want them to have access to the letters module or have the ability to edit/delete in certain sections. You can create a role called “Sales” which defines permissions and restricts the ability to edit or delete. You can then assign this role to each sales rep’s account.

Data Segmenting
Every company’s data is individually separated. No one, other than authorized employees, can view your data that is entered into the system.

Data Protection and Backup
All client entry data is duplicated in various back-up locations throughout the country. All locations have the same standards for integrity and protection. If there is any loss of data from a particular location, it is instantly recoverable from its alternative storage space.

Data Encryption
All information is encrypted with 256 bit encryption upon all transfers. All important data is stored in hash format making it inaccessible to unauthorized users.

Firewall and Network Protection
All servers reside behind high-availability firewall's and signature-less and signature-based intrusion prevention systems. We keep your account safe from spyware, spam, viruses, worms, Trojans, web-based exploits, and blended threats by scanning all network layers in real-time.

Server Security
Our extensive network of servers is protected in Ultra High Security environments. All entries to the secure server storage environments are biometrically protected. Building perimeters are protected with round the clock armed security personnel. The buildings which house the server rooms were built to the latest fire and storm resistant environments. All buildings are completely anonymous and are not shared with general office space or other unrelated facilities. Authorized personnel must pass through biometric scanning to reach the system cages. Backup data and our server equipment never leave the facilities.

Catastrophe planning
At DisputeSuite we try to prepare for all possibilities. We have done extensive catastrophe preparation. Whether it is a natural or manmade disaster, we have detailed plans in place to bring everyone back to pre-disaster state immediately.
